Where we ship

Worldwide, from Dubai.

Rates and timing

United Arab Emirates — AED 30, 1–2 working days.
GCC (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar) — AED 90, 3–6 working days.
United Kingdom and Europe — AED 180, 5–10 working days.
United States and Canada — AED 220, 7–14 working days.
Rest of world — AED 260, 7–21 working days.

Transit times run from dispatch, not from when you order, and they exclude time held at destination customs — which we do not control and will not pretend to. If a shipment is going to be late, we would rather tell you than let the tracking page tell you.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 GST on a working day are dispatched the same day. We work Sunday to Thursday; orders placed Friday or Saturday go out on Sunday.

How drives are packed

Each drive travels in an anti-static bag inside a foam-lined box rated for hard drive transit. Multi-drive orders are individually bagged and separated, never stacked loose. Drives are fragile in ways that don't show on the outside of a carton, and this is where most refurbished-drive sellers cut corners.

Customs, duty and import VAT

On any order leaving the UAE, the destination country's import duty and VAT are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us. They are normally collected by the courier before delivery.

Shipments are declared at their true value and described accurately as used computer hardware. We will not under-declare a shipment or mark one as a gift, however it is asked.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order is dispatched. If it hasn't moved in 48 hours, tell us and we'll chase the courier.
